At Veexovar, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. This policy outlines the procedures, conditions, and limitations regarding order cancellations and order modifications.

Because our fulfillment process begins quickly after an order is received, requests to cancel or modify orders must be submitted as soon as possible.

Requesting an Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it enters the production, processing, or shipping stage.

Once an order has been submitted, our fulfillment team begins reviewing and preparing the order for shipment. Cancellation requests are processed on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed after order processing has started.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your order.

Your request should include:

  • Full name used on the order
  • Order number
  • Email address associated with the order
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled. Customers should wait for confirmation from our support team.

Changing an Existing Order

Customers may request changes to an order before it enters fulfillment or shipping.

Examples of changes that may be requested include:

  • Shipping address updates
  • Name corrections
  • Size changes
  • Color changes
  • Product quantity adjustments
  • Contact information updates

All modification requests are subject to product availability and order status at the time the request is received.

Address Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Address changes can typically be accommodated only before an order has been shipped. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we may no longer be able to modify the shipping destination.

Changes After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, we are generally unable to make changes to:

  • Products ordered
  • Product sizes
  • Product colors
  • Shipping methods
  • Shipping addresses

Customers may need to wait until the order is delivered and then follow the applicable return procedures if eligible.

Orders Already in Production or Processing

Orders that have entered production, preparation, packaging, or fulfillment may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Because our team works to process orders efficiently, there may be limited opportunities to stop or alter an order once fulfillment activities have begun.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us immediately.

We will review the order status and attempt to cancel duplicate orders when possible. However, duplicate orders that have already entered processing or shipping may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before fulfillment begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Failure to Contact Us Promptly

Veexovar cannot guarantee cancellation or modification requests that are submitted after processing or shipping activities have already begun.

Our Right to Cancel Orders

Veexovar reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Payment authorization issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Product availability problems
  • Pricing or system errors
  • Incomplete customer information

If an order is cancelled by Veexovar, customers will be notified and any authorized payment will be refunded when applicable.
